Service Description
Power of a Peaceful Mind is a gentle yet powerful six-week journey designed to help you move out of survival mode and reconnect with yourself. Combining yoga philosophy, nervous system awareness and mindful self-inquiry, this programme supports you to better understand your thoughts, emotions and patterns, whilst developing greater self-compassion, self-trust and inner calm. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for change to happen naturally through awareness, safety and understanding. What's Included: Weekly Online Sessions 90-minute guided sessions combining mindfulness, nervous system support, reflection, and yoga. Guided Practices Breathwork, meditation, and grounding tools to use between sessions. Emotional Understanding Learn why your mind and body respond the way they do. 1-1 access to message/ voice note support after each session for more private feedback. A gentle space to reflect, share, and feel less alone. Recordings Revisit practices anytime. Starting Thursday 25th June, 7pm. Investment Power of a Peaceful Mind is £333. Payment options are available - 3 x £111 Two supported places are available for women who feel called to join but would otherwise be unable to. Please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
