Power of a Peaceful Mind
You’ve spent years being who everyone else needed.
Now it’s time to reconnect with yourself.
You know there is more of you waiting underneath the noise, but accessing clarity, confidence, and calm feels just out of reach.
Power of a Peaceful Mind is a 6-week online programme for women tired of second-guessing themselves, carrying everyone else and feeling disconnected from who they really are.

This programme is for you if...
You recognise yourself in any of the following:
-
You often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally overloaded, even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
-
You feel like you swing from running on adrenaline to not having any energy, in a constant cycle, leaving you exhausted, disconnected, or stuck.
-
You experience low mood, heaviness, or depressive patterns and want gentle, supportive ways to work with them.
-
Your mind tends to overthink, ruminate, or criticise, making it hard to trust yourself or feel confident.
-
You notice self-sabotaging behaviours that aren’t logical, but feel automatic.
-
You long for mental clarity and inner spaciousness, rather than constantly pushing yourself to cope.
-
You want to feel safer in your body and mind, so you can express yourself, share your voice, and show up more fully as who you truly are.

What begins to change....
As you begin to understand yourself differently, you may notice:
-
The voice in your head becoming a little kinder.
-
Less time spent overthinking every decision and second-guessing yourself.
-
Feeling calmer, even when life feels busy.
-
Recognising when your needs matter too.
-
Finding it easier to say no without guilt.
-
Feeling less responsible for everyone else's emotions.
-
Understanding where your self-doubt comes from, rather than believing every word it says.
-
Having more compassion for yourself on difficult days.
-
Feeling more connected to who you are, what you need and what matters to you.
-
Making decisions from self-trust instead of fear.
-
Beginning to feel like yourself again.
Not because you've become somebody new.
But because you've stopped fighting the person you've always been.

You want to
grow in confidence & find your unique voice
to be the person you truly are.

As your mind becomes calmer, you may notice it feels easier to make decisions, speak up, set boundaries, and move through life with more ease and self-compassion.

Why I Created Power of a Peaceful Mind
Over the years, through my work as a social worker, yoga and mindfulness teacher and now as a trainee yoga therapist, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments.
And whilst every person's story is different, I've noticed the same patterns appearing again and again.
Women who are capable, caring and doing their very best, yet quietly carrying an enormous amount underneath the surface.
Women who are constantly overthinking, second-guessing themselves, putting everyone else's needs first and feeling exhausted by the pressure of trying to hold everything together.
Women who appear to be coping on the outside, whilst feeling disconnected from themselves on the inside.
Not because they're broken.
Not because they're doing life wrong.
But because somewhere along the way, they've lost connection with their own needs, emotions, voice and sense of self.
Power of a Peaceful Mind was created to offer something different.
A space to slow down.
To become more aware of the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that have been shaping your experience for years.
To develop a kinder relationship with yourself.
And to discover that there are other ways to live beyond constant self-criticism, overwhelm and survival mode.
My approach brings together the knowledge and experience I've gained through social work, mindfulness, yoga and yoga therapy training, alongside years of supporting women through retreats, classes and wellbeing programmes.
But more than anything, it is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate and supportive space where you can begin to understand yourself differently.
I don't believe you need fixing.
I believe you deserve the opportunity to reconnect with who you already are.
A Different Way of Working With the Mind
When your system feels safer and more regulated, the mind naturally begins to settle.
From this place, clarity emerges, not through effort, but through space.
Many of us have spent years trying to think our way out of self-doubt, anxiety, overwhelm and inner criticism.
Trying harder.
Pushing through.
Being harder on ourselves.
But lasting change rarely comes from fighting ourselves.
Power of a Peaceful Mind offers a different approach.
One rooted in awareness rather than judgement.
Compassion rather than criticism.
Understanding rather than fixing.
Because when we begin relating to ourselves differently, everything else can begin to change too.
Come Home to Your Peaceful Mind
Your peaceful mind isn’t something you need to create, it’s already within you.
This program helps you remember how to access it, trust it, and live from it.
When the noise quietens, you can:
-
Hear your own voice more clearly
-
Feel steadier and more grounded in yourself.
-
Share who you truly are, without fear or self-sabotage.

This programme is not for you if:
-
You’re looking for a quick fix, mindset hack, or surface-level solution.
-
You want to push through anxiety or low mood using willpower alone.
-
You’re not open to working with the body, nervous system, and emotional experience, alongside the mind.
This is a gentle, paced approach that prioritises safety, regulation, and self-compassion. Change happens through consistency and care, not force.
An important note:
This programme is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and inner resilience, and it is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
If you are currently experiencing acute mental health distress, or are receiving support from a healthcare or mental health professional, this programme can be a complementary support, but it’s important to continue working with the appropriate professionals for your individual needs.
Above all, this is a space where:
-
You don’t need to “do it right”
-
Your experience is valid
-
Safety, choice, and self compassion come first
You are welcome exactly as you are.
