Many people come feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. Often, rest feels difficult. The body may slow down, but the mind stays busy. Guilt can arise. Stillness can feel unfamiliar or unsafe.
Our Rest & De-Stress offerings are grounded in a nervous system aware approach, supporting your body and mind to move out of constant “doing” and into a state of rest, regulation, and recovery.
Through gentle, accessible practices, we create space to soften the body, calm the mind, and support your nervous system to feel safer and more settled, so you can meet daily life with greater ease, capacity, and resilience.

Individual Rest & De-stress experience in the Rest Nest

A one hour, one-to-one Rest & De-Stress experience, tailored entirely to you.
These individual sessions are ideal if you’re experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, or simply feel disconnected from your capacity to rest. Each session is guided by your nervous system, your energy levels, and what you need on that day.

An extended, immersive experience designed for deeper rest and nervous system regulation.
The three-hour Rest & De-Stress experience allows time for the layers of tension and alertness to gradually unwind. With fewer time constraints, the body can fully settle and the mind can soften naturally.

Half-day retreats at Elska Yoga & Meditation offer a supportive, spacious environment where rest is centred and prioritised.
These retreats are designed for those feeling depleted, close to burnout, or craving time away from constant demands. You’ll be guided through practices that encourage slowing down, listening inward, and supporting your nervous system to reset.
