✨ Rest & De-stress is back... and this time we have something really special. ✨ I'm so excited to share that our Rest & De-stress Half Day Retreat is returning, and this time the beautiful Colette will be joining us to guide a deeply relaxing sound healing journey. I recently experienced one of Colette's 1:1 sound healing sessions myself, and it was honestly incredible. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely held. The sounds she creates are unlike anything I've experienced before - calming, grounding and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, calmer and so grateful for the experience. I knew I had to invite her to be part of Rest & De-stress so that you could experience it too. Rest & De-stress has always been about giving yourself permission to pause. In a world that celebrates being busy, constantly achieving and always doing more, this is your invitation to do the opposite. To slow down. To breathe. To rest. Because rest isn't something we have to earn. It's just as important as everything else we give our time and energy to. Every retreat is filled with gentle breathwork, mindful movement, time to simply be, plenty of tea, cake and lovely conversation with a wonderful group of people. It's a space where you don't have to perform, achieve or look after anyone else for a few precious hours. People often tell me they leave feeling refreshed, renewed and grateful that they finally put themselves first.
