Service Description
Elska Yoga offers a FREE Introduction to Yoga class, designed to support both mental and physical health through meditation, breath work, and gentle movement. This class also delves into the science behind yoga and its positive impact on overall well-being. Join us for a session of relaxation, learning, and connection, followed by a cup of tea and a chat with fellow participants. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated by taking some time for you. This class is open to all and you can access the class on a chair or a mat, which ever you feel most comfortable. You will be encouraged to take everything at your own pace and do what feels right for you. Join all three sessions if you can or come along for one or two. Location: Barnstaple Library. Please bring a mat and any cushions or blankets you may have to make yourself comfortable. Monday 4th, 11th and 25th November 1:15pm-2:30pm.
